CAS Space has successfully completed a 180-second full-system test of the Kinecore-1, our proprietary reusable LOX/kerosene engine. The test validated performance across 50%–100% thrust levels and included two successful ignition cycles.

With all parameters meeting expectations and the hardware in excellent condition post-test, this milestone secures the technical foundation for our upcoming reusable launch vehicle fleet.

The Kinecore-1 utilizes pintle injector technology across both the gas generator and thrust chamber, delivering precision propellant mixing and optimized performance.

Engineered with an integrated 316L stainless steel 3D-printed structure, the Kinecore-1 achieves a remarkable 96.2% combustion efficiency with industry-leading stability and low-vibration operation. Its deep throttling capability allows for dynamic thrust modulation, maximizing mission flexibility and ensuring high-cadence reusability.
